Shipping notifications are emailed immediately after the order has been shipped from our California warehouse.
Standard Shipping: 10 to 15 business days (this includes the 2-3 business days for processing). This does not include weekends.
If you place an order at 5pm EST or later, it will not start to process until the next business day or following Monday. If Monday is a holiday the order will not start processing until Tuesday. Skechers.ca only ships within Canada, we do not ship to international areas, and we do not have the option for express shipping.

You will be able to check the status of your order, once it has shipped from our warehouse in California; there is a tracking number provided so you can locate the status of your order. Your tracking number is also included in your shipment confirmation email. All confirmation emails are sent the following morning after an order is completed and picked up by the carrier.

Klarna: Skechers.ca orders paid with Klarna must be returned by mail in order to receive a refund to the original form of payment. We do not accept in-store returns for online orders.

- Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Please note, order numbers begin with SKEC-CA and can be found in your shipping confirmation email.
- Select "Return This Item" and follow the steps to generate a free return label.
- Select “View/Print Return Label”. Save your return label as a PDF for later use OR print your free return label immediately as this cannot be created again.
- Include your unworn item(s) in their original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the shipping box.
- Remove any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box.
- Find the Canada Post service center nearest to you to drop off your return.
- We'll send you a confirmation as soon as your return has been processed (please allow 10 business days once the return is received). Please note that while we refund the item cost and tax, initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Klarna: Skechers.ca orders paid with Klarna cannot be returned in-store and must be returned by mail in order to receive a refund to the original form of payment.

In the case of a sold out or cancelled order, your credit card will not be charged. If your order contains multiple items that ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.
A standard 'Pre-Authorization' is completed with each order placed. This is NOT a charge on your credit card. It's simply a verification of the available funds on your credit card. The 'Pre-Authorization' will be automatically dropped by your banking institution once the purchase is complete.

What is KIarna?
Klarna is an installment feature that allows you to pay for your order with 4 equal payments. The first payment is withdrawn when you submit your order, the remaining 3 payments are scheduled every 2 weeks.
Using Klarna is as simple as shopping as usual and proceeding to checkout. Choose Klarna as your payment method, and you'll be directed to the Klarna website to register and provide payment details. You must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify. If you’ve used Klarna before, just log in to your Klarna account.
With Klarna, you have the flexibility to pay in 4 equal installments every 2 weeks. There is zero interest and no additional fees when you pay on time. Payments are taken automatically, or you can log into the Klarna app anytime to make a payment. You can also view your orders and manage account details after your order has been processed in the Klarna app.

What happens if I'm unable to make payments to Klarna?
If you paid with the “Pay in 4 Installments” plan, Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your second installment from the debit or credit card that you entered at checkout. If the payment cannot be collected on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make a further attempt to automatically collect payment 7 days later and again in an additional 7 days. Should the last payment attempt fail, Klarna will add the failed amount to your final installment.
Final Installment: Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your final installment from the debit or credit card that you entered at checkout. If the payment cannot be collected on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make a further attempt to automatically collect payment 7 days later and again in an additional 7 days. If the payment for the final installment fails, Klarna will issue a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later.
You may be charged fees or interest for late and/or missed repayment(s). Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay in 4 installments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time. If you fail to make a payment you will be in default, and may be unable to use the service in the future. If you do not pay for your purchase, Klarna may engage with an external debt collection agency to collect any outstanding funds as a last resort.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased using installments with Klarna?
If you have changed your mind, you can return your Klarna order by mail. Please note that we do not accept in-store returns for online orders. Skechers.ca orders paid with Klarna, must be returned by mail in order to receive a refund to the original form of payment.
Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Klarna will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Log into your Klarna account and select “Report a return” to pause your statement. Klarna will adjust your invoice as soon as your return has been processed.
When will my items be delivered if I use installments with Klarna?
Klarna orders are delivered per our standard shipping time frame after completing your order online.
What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my Klarna payments?
If the partial refund is greater than the remaining balance of your order, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
If the partial refund is less than the remaining balance of your order, the amount will be deducted from the outstanding balance and spread evenly across the remaining payments.
You can view any updates to your payment plan in the Klarna app.
I have not received my order. What happens to my statement?
You do not need to pay the statement until you have received your order. Email Skechers Customer Service for an update on the delivery. Make sure to log into your Klarna account and “Report a problem” to pause your statement until you’ve received your order.

Machine Washable Shoes: Any style with the "Machine Washable" icon shown on the product detail page can be safely machine washed with detergent on the gentle cycle and air-dried, we suggest placing them in a pillowcase or laundry bag before washing in machine. Please wash shoes one at a time to avoid discoloration. Do not place shoes in dryer. For shoes with Skechers Memory Foam™ insoles, allow shoes and insoles to air dry for 10 to 12 hours to ensure the insoles are fully dry. Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains.
Foamies: Machine wash or hand wash according to instructions on product page for style. If hand wash, use cold water and air dry in shade. Do not place in dryer and do not leave out in the sun.
Shoes Not Marked as Machine Washable: To maintain the quality of your shoes, we suggest the following steps to your shoes:
1. Remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole by using a small brush or towel.
2. Create a soapy mixture by combining warm water and a small amount (a few drops) laundry detergent.
3. Dip the brush or cloth into the soapy mixture. Wipe down the affected area. Apply a small amount of clean, warm water with the brush or cloth and brush/wipe off the excess soap.
4. Allow shoes to air dry.
Leather Shoes: Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a leather cleaning lotion or spray such as Skechers Athletic Cleanser to clean. Apply a leather lotion or oil periodically to keep the leather supple. Do not machine wash leather shoes.
Suede or Nubuck Shoes: Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a suede/nubuck cleaning product to clean shoes. Brush with a suede brush for best results. Do not machine wash suede or nubuck shoes.
Light-Up Shoes: Machine washing light-up shoes is not advised as it may damage the lights. Clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth.
Keeping Shoes Fresh: Apply a deodorizing spray such as Skechers Odor Eliminator Spray to keep shoes fresh and odor-free.

If you have a quality concern with your recently purchased Skechers shoes within 1 year they may be eligible for inspection.
Please note the manufacturer’s date on the inside of the shoe tag. We do not accept claims for items with a manufacturer’s date of 2022 or earlier. However, if an original receipt can be provided showing purchase is within 1 year, we are happy to make an exception. We only accept items with a manufacturer's date of 2023-2024.
Typically, we suggest working with the original place of purchase towards a replacement or credit. Usually they are able to assist on the spot and send any defective items to our Quality Assurance Department. If you are unable to work with the original retailer, we would be happy to assist you with a claim for inspection.
If you are inquiring about a light up shoe, please first try pressing and holding the On/Off button for 5 seconds to restart the lighting mechanism. If you still have the issue, please move forward with your claim.

- Adult supervision is required during charging.
- Always use the USB split cable supplied with your energy lights.
- Confirm charging cable and its connection are undamaged prior to using.
- Only plug charging cord to a USB power source rated at 5v, 1a. Lift flap from behind the tongue of each shoe, insert supplied micro USB end into each charging port.
- Make sure the USB cord is plugged in all the way to ensure shoes are charging. Lights on shoes will flash while charging and will stop flashing once shoes are fully charged.
- Your energy lights will be fully charged in about 2 hours.
- Unplug immediately once shoes are fully charged, do not overcharge or leave unattended.
- Do not leave them plugged in and charging over night.
- There is an On/Off button located on the tongue of the shoe, hold down the button to immediately stop the lights.
These shoes are okay to wear in light rain, but please do not submerge in water or wash in washing machine. Use a Magic Eraser to clean the midsole.
**Other Light Up shoes may have an On/Off switch in another location. For example, at the end of the velcro strap.

Some of our styles are made with "non-marking" outsole material, and all of our Kids styles are made with "non-marking" outsole material. Abrasion to the sole of these styles may cause them to "pill," leaving a small amount of material on the floor. You should be able to brush it off with your hand. This is similar to the effect of a pencil eraser. It leaves some residue, but it does not leave a mark. Floors made from soft vinyl or linoleum or flooring with heavy polish build up may hold some of the residue because of the friction created by the sole rubbing against the floor.

Welcome to the Skechers Plus loyalty program (“Skechers Plus” or “Program”). Skechers Plus is organized by Skechers U.S.A. Canada, Inc. (“Skechers”, “we” or “us”) and these Skechers Plus Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in Skechers Plus. Please read these Terms carefully. By participating in Skechers Plus, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To participate in Skechers Plus, you must be a consumer, at least 14 years old and a legal resident of the Canada. Employees of Skechers, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their spouses and children are not eligible to participate in Skechers Plus. Bulk buyers and resellers are not eligible to participate in Skechers Plus. By enrolling and participating in Skechers Plus, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. Skechers reserves the right to revoke loyalty membership for any reason, including, without limitation, contravention of these Terms.
2. Joining Skechers Plus
If you meet the eligibility criteria above, you can join Skechers Plus by filling out a registration form on Skechers.ca No purchase is required to enroll in Skechers Plus. Only one account is allowed per individual.
A member must create an online account on Skechers.ca, access Skechers Plus loyalty points (“Points”), and begin using membership rewards and benefits.
3. Points
Members of Skechers Plus will earn Points for purchases that are made on Skechers.ca. Purchases at retail stores will not qualify for Points (even if the member purchases Skechers products). Similarly, purchases on the websites of Skechers’ affiliates outside Canada (including Skechers.com) will not qualify for Points (even if the member purchases Skechers products). Points are awarded on the amount of the purchase after deduction of any applicable promotional code, discount, offer or merchandise credit. Items that are ineligible for Points earn include gift card purchases, taxes, shipping and all other fees.
Member Tier and Silver Tier members will earn ten (10) Points per one dollar ($1) spent. Gold Tier members will earn twenty (20) Points per one dollar ($1) spent. Points earned through purchases can be impacted by a member’s tier level and/or bonus point promotions. If a member returns purchased items, the Points earned by the purchase of those items will be deducted from the member’s Point total. In addition to earning Points for purchases, members can also earn Points for certain digital engagement activities with Skechers.
Members can earn Points on a maximum of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750) worth of purchases in a rolling ninety (90) day timeframe. Any additional spend greater than this threshold will not earn Points.
Members must be logged into their Program account on Skechers.ca to receive Points for their actions. Skechers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to retroactively credit Points for interactions where the member was not logged provided sufficient proof of membership and purchase is made available to Skechers’ Customer Care within sixty (60) days of purchase.
4. Expiration of Points
All Points earned by members are valid for three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of earning and will expire at the end of this period unless Skechers explicitly states otherwise , subject to applicable statutory requirements, if any.
Points are not transferrable between members. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Program Tiers
Skechers Plus has three (3) tiers: Member, Silver and Gold Tiers. Members can progress through these Tiers by the amount they spend on eligible products on Skechers.ca.
“Member Tier is the entry-level tier. Members only need to register for Skechers Plus on Skechers.ca and create their online account to be a part of this Tier. No purchase is required.
Members can progress to Silver Tier and Gold Tier by spending the required dollar amount within the calendar year (January 1st -December 31st). When moving up Tiers, a member will receive that Tier status for the remainder of the current calendar year plus the subsequent calendar year.
Silver/Gold Tier Re-Qualification
- On January 1st of every year Skechers will evaluate a member’s cumulative spend in the previous calendar year to determine whether they are eligible to retain their Silver or Gold Tier status.
- Members must have spent $175 on Skechers.ca during the previous calendar year to retain their Silver Tier status. Members must have spent $350 on Skechers.ca during the previous calendar year to retain their Gold Tier status.
- Tier downgrades could happen in the following ways:
- If a member does not accumulate enough spend to retain their current Silver or Gold Tier status by January 1st, then they will be downgraded to the Tier level that reflects the accumulated spend total for the previous calendar year.
- If the member spends enough to earn Silver or Gold Tier status in the current calendar year and then returns an order/product which brings their total spend in the current calendar year below the threshold to earn Silver or Gold Tier status, then their status will change to reflect their new calendar year spend total.
6. Redemption of Points
Members can redeem 1,000 Points in order to obtain a $5 promotional code, which they can apply toward purchases made by them on Skechers.ca. Points are redeemable only in increments of 1,000 Points. No cash back will be provided if the promotional code's full value is not utilized. Promotional codes will expire sixty (60) days after their issuance.
7. Rewards and Benefits
Entry and progress through each of the above-mentioned Tiers will unlock a set of new benefits and rewards for members. Members will have access to the rewards in their current Tier and the Tier(s) below them. When a member moves down Tiers, they will lose access to benefits from the higher Tier(s).
The Birthday Bonus Points offer enables Member and Silver Tier members to earn twenty (20) Points per one dollar ($1) spent on any purchase made during the member’s birthday month. Gold Tier members earn forty (40) Points per one dollar ($1) spent on any purchase made during their birthday month. Points earned during a member’s birthday month are subject to the cap of earning Points only on up to seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750) of purchases per rolling ninety (90) day timeframe. Customers must submit their birthday information in their online profile in order to participate in the Birthday Bonus Points offer.
Double Points Day Passes enable Silver Tier members to earn twenty (20) Points per one dollar ($1) spent on a single purchase of their choosing. Silver Tier members are awarded two (2) Double Points Day Passes when they earn Silver Tier status and then at the beginning of each calendar year in which they retain their Silver Tier status. Any unused Double Points Day Passes will expire at the end of December 31st.
Triple Points Day Passes enable Gold Tier members to earn thirty (30) Points per dollar spent total on a single purchase of their choosing. Gold Tier members are awarded one (1) Triple Points Day Pass when they earn Gold Tier status and then at the beginning of each calendar year in which they retain their Gold Tier status. Any unused Triple Points Day Passes will expire at the end of December 31st.
Double and Triple Points Day Passes cannot be used in combination with the Birthday Bonus Points offer. During a member’s birthday month, passes will be deactivated and members will earn bonus Points only by the Birthday Bonus Points offer.
Other benefits not mentioned here may be awarded to members on a surprise and delight basis at the sole discretion of Skechers, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Specific rewards and benefits may be subject to change, discontinuance, limitations, and substitutions by Skechers, at its sole discretion, and at any time without notice. The total value of rewards or benefits applied to a purchase cannot exceed the total cost of the purchase.
Rewards, benefits and promotional online code must be entered at checkout on Skechers.ca). Rewards, benefits and promotional codes may not be used on purchases of identified clearance items in Skechers’ warehouse stores or elsewhere where indicated by Skechers, at its sole discretion.
Rewards, benefits and promotional codes are not redeemable for cash and are void if copied and where prohibited, licensed or regulated.
8. Use of Account
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password and are fully responsible for any and all transactions and other activities that occur under their account and password. Members should immediately inform Skechers’ Customer Care of any unauthorized use of their account or password or any other breach of security.
Skechers Plus is for members’ personal use only. Members agree not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload for any commercial purposes, any portion of Skechers Plus. The transfer, sale, or barter (or the attempted transfer, sale, or barter) of rewards, benefits or promotional codes, member-exclusive promotional offers, and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto, may result in cancellation of the member’s account, including any unused Points or claimed but unused rewards, benefits or promotional codes associated to the member’s account, in Skechers sole discretion.
9. Privacy and Consent to Marketing
The information you provide as a member of Skechers Plus will be managed by Skechers as described in the Skechers Privacy Policy.
By becoming a member of Skechers Plus, you consent to receive marketing, promotions, special events, and other communications from Skechers, its affiliates, and brands. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. For information on how to do so, please visit our Privacy Policy.
Enrollment in Skechers Plus is voluntary. By providing your personal information to Skechers, you acknowledge that you fully understand and unambiguously consent to the transfer of such personal information to Skechers, that you are enrolling in Skechers Plus voluntarily, and that the enrollment is neither required to complete a purchase transaction nor made in connection with any purchase transaction.
10. Termination; Expiration
You may cancel your Skechers Plus membership at any time by logging into your account on Skechers.ca or in the Skechers mobile app.
We may cancel your Program membership at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, if we determine that you (a) are ineligible, (b) have not earned Points, redeemed Points or otherwise used your account for 365 days or more, (c) violated any term or condition of Skechers Plus or any applicable law or regulation, (d) used your account in connection with bulk buying or reselling, or (e) engaged in any deception, forgery, fraud or committed any other abuse of Skechers Plus. We may revoke some or all of your Points or rewards, benefits or promotional codes if we cancel your membership and/or if we determine that you received same due to an error, through fraud or deception, in contravention of these Terms or in any manner not authorized.
If you or Skechers cancels your Program membership, you will lose your accumulated Points. If you cancel your membership, you may ask to rejoin Skechers Plus by registering at Skechers.ca or on the Skechers mobile app, and we will restart your membership, at our sole discretion. When restarting your membership, your previously-earned Points will not be reinstated.
In all matters relating to the administration of Skechers Plus, the decisions of Skechers will be final and without appeal. Skechers reserves the right to change or cancel any aspect of Skechers Plus, at any time, in accordance with these Terms.
11. Changes to Skechers Plus
(a) If you reside in Ontario; [outside Quebec]
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or otherwise change any aspect, term or condition of the Program. We may modify all or one or more parts of these Terms at any time, including, without limitation, the following elements:
- The eligibility conditions for participating in the Program,
- The manner in which a Program member participates in the Program,
- The manner and rate at which Points are earned,
- The manner and rate at which Points are redeemed,
- Rewards and benefits offered within the Program; and
- The terms and conditions applicable to termination, expiration and changes to the Program.
In the event the Terms, or any aspect of the Program, is restricted, suspended or changed, we will provide you advance notice by posting the amended Terms online here and, where required by law, by sending you notice using your email or mailing address. Your continued participation in the Program following such notice will constitute your consent to any amendments to these Terms, or any other aspect of the Program. In the event that the amendment entails an increase in your obligations or a reduction in our obligations and you do not agree to such amendment, you may close your account and cancel your participation in the Program without cost or penalty. You will then have 45 days to redeem any Points in your account. Any Points that are not redeemed after 45 days will be forfeited.
(b) If you reside in Quebec:
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or otherwise change any aspect, term or condition of the Program. We may modify all or one or more parts of these Terms at any time, including, without limitation, the following elements:
- The eligibility conditions for participating in the Program,
- The manner in which a Program member participates in the Program,
- The manner and rate at which Points are earned,
- The manner and rate at which Points are redeemed,
- Rewards and benefits offered within the Program; and
- The terms and conditions applicable to termination, expiration and changes to the Program.
In the event the Terms, or any aspect of the Program is restricted, suspended or changed, we will provide you notice at least 60 days before the amendment comes into effect. Such notice will be provided by posting the amended Terms online here, by sending you written notice using your email or mailing address (if you have provided us with such an address), and setting out the new clause, or the amended clause and how it read formerly, and the date on which the change will come into effect. Upon receipt of such notice, and if the amendment entails an increase in your obligations or a reduction in our obligations, you may refuse the amendment and rescind or cancel your participation in the Program without cost, penalty or cancellation indemnity, by sending us notice to that effect no later than 30 days after the amendment comes into force, at the address or email address indicated in the notice. You will then have 45 days to redeem any Points in your account. Any Points that are not redeemed after 45 days will be forfeited.
If you do not exercise your right to rescind or cancel your participation in the Program by sending us notice no later than 30 days after the amendment comes into force, your continued participation in the Program at any time after such 30-day delay has expired will constitute your consent to be bound by the amendment.
12. OTHER LEGAL CONDITIONS
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKECHERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AND THOSE ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE).
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKECHERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING FOR THE LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, OR DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, HOWEVER CAUSED, AND UNDER WHATEVER CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY BROUGHT (INCLUDING UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT THEORY OF LIABILITY) EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THESE TERMS AND THE PROGRAM ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO.
ALL TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS AND TRADE NAMES OF SKECHERS USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE SKECHERS NAME) ARE TRADEMARKS OR REGISTERED TRADEMARKS OF SKECHERS. THEY MAY NOT BE USED WITHOUT SKECHERS’ PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION. ANY OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PATENTS, ISSUED OR PENDING, ARE THE SOLE PROPERTY OF SKECHERS AND/OR ITS LICENSORS. THE ENTIRE CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TEXT, GRAPHICS, OR CODE IS COPYRIGHTED AS A COLLECTIVE WORK UNDER THE UNITED STATES AND OTHER COPYRIGHT LAWS, AND IS THE PROPERTY OF SKECHERS. COPYRIGHT 2022, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
To the FULLEST extent permitted by APPLICABLE law, by participating in the Program, you (and your parent or legal guardian on your behalf, as the case may be) agree to release and discharge SKECHERS, SKECHERS’ PARENT COMPANY AND AFFILIATES, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, from any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage or expense asserted by any person or entity relating in any way to the Program, your participation in the Program or the redemption and use/misuse of any item obtained through the redemption of points or otherwise in connection with the Program.
We reserve the right to withdraw or temporarily change or suspend all or part of the Program in any way, in the event of a material error, omission, technical problem, computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond our reasonable control that interferes with the proper conduct of any aspect of the Program as set out in these Terms. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program in any way (as we may determine in our sole discretion) could be a violation of criminal or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, we reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
All interpretations of THESE TERMS shall be at our sole discretion. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

How many points will I earn per dollar spent in Skechers Plus?
Member tier and Silver tier customers will earn 10 points per dollar spent on Skechers product. Gold tier members will earn 20 points per dollar spent. All members will also be able to earn additional points for participating in digital activities in their loyalty dashboard on Skechers.ca.
Are my existing Reward certificates changing?
No. All existing rewards certificates in your Elite account will get transferred to your Skechers Plus account. They will retain their value and their expiration date.
How many points do I need to redeem for a reward certificate in Skechers Plus?
Skechers Plus reward certificates can be earned in $5 increments by redeeming 1,000 points.
Is my Gold tier status changing?
If you are currently Elite Gold status, you will retain that status for one year. To retain that status the following year you will need to meet the $350 spend requirement for Skechers Plus Gold status.
Which stores will Skechers Plus be available in?
Skechers Plus is not available in Skechers Canada retail locations.

The maximum liability of SKECHERS to you will be the total amount of the purchase price, if any, arising from the transaction and use of the Site giving rise to the liability. Governing Law

BOBS from Skechers also makes a difference for children in need around the world—including in Canada; the company has donated more than 15.8 million pairs of new shoes to kids affected by poverty, homelessness and natural disasters.
