Due to the ongoing strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, Canada Post operations have been temporarily suspended nationwide, affecting both individuals and businesses nationwide, including our operations at Skechers.ca.
 
Impact on Skechers.ca Orders and Returns:
  1. Shipping to Rural Areas and P.O. Boxes:
    • Canada Post is our exclusive carrier for these destinations.
    • Once the strike ends, parcels will be secured and delivered as quickly as possible.
    • Please note that it may take some time for operations to fully normalize after the strike, potentially resulting in additional delays.
  2. Returns Process: 
    • Canada Post is our primary carrier for Skechers.ca returns.
    • In light of the Canada Post labor disruption, we're extending our return window for guest to 75 days. This extension will allow you more time to send your items back once the postal service resumes normal operations. Please note, orders placed under Skechers Plus accounts have 90 days to return.
    • If you haven't initiated a return yet, please wait until the strike is resolved before creating a return label.
    • If you've already created a free return label, kindly hold onto your package and do not drop it off at a Canada Post location until normal operations resume. 
    • These precautions will help prevent issues such as expired labels or further delays in processing your return.
    • Klarna: Skechers.ca orders paid with Klarna must be returned by mail in order to receive a refund to the original form of payment. We do not accept in-store returns for online orders. 
    • If you reside near a Skechers retail store, you have the option to return your purchase within 60 days of your purchase date (Excluding locations in Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador. Excluding items received in error and orders paid with Klarna). Your refund will be processed instantly to your original payment method (Note: Paypal refunds will be issued to your credit card.
