1. Shipping to Rural Areas and P.O. Boxes:

  • Canada Post is our exclusive carrier for these destinations.
  • Canada Post will continue operating but customers may experience delays. 


2. Returns Process:

  • We're extending our return window to 75 days (90 days for Skechers Plus accounts) due to the Canada Post labor disruption.
  • If you haven't initiated a return, please wait until postal service resumes before creating a return label.
  • If you've already created a free return label, hold onto your package and do not drop it off at a Canada Post location until normal operations resume.
  • These precautions will help prevent issues such as expired labels or further processing delays.
  • Klarna payments: Orders must be returned by mail for refunds to the original payment method. In-store returns are not accepted for online orders paid with Klarna.


3. In-Store Returns Option:

  • If you live near a Skechers retail store, you can return your purchase within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • Excluded locations: Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
  • Excluded: items received in error and orders paid with Klarna.
  • Refunds will be processed instantly to your original payment method (PayPal refunds will be issued to your credit card).
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
