Are my existing Elite points changing?

Any existing points in your Elite account will be adjusted at the time Skechers Plus launches in order to align to the new points system. This adjustment will retain the reward certificate value the points could have been redeemed for in the Elite program.

 

How many points will I earn per dollar spent in Skechers Plus?

Member tier and Silver tier customers will earn 10 points per dollar spent on Skechers product. Gold tier members will earn 20 points per dollar spent. All members will also be able to earn additional points for participating in digital activities in their loyalty dashboard on Skechers.ca.

 

Are my existing Reward certificates changing?

No. All existing rewards certificates in your Elite account will get transferred to your Skechers Plus account. They will retain their value and their expiration date.

 

How many points do I need to redeem for a reward certificate in Skechers Plus?

Skechers Plus reward certificates can be earned in $5 increments by redeeming 1,000 points.

 

Is my Gold tier status changing?

If you are currently Elite Gold status, you will retain that status for one year. To retain that status the following year you will need to meet the $350 spend requirement for Skechers Plus Gold status.

 

Which stores will Skechers Plus be available in?

Skechers Plus is not available in Skechers Canada retail locations.
