You have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to submit a missing points request and be credited. 

 

To submit a request for an online purchase, please email customer care at infocanada@skechers.com, and provide a copy of the receipt, or provide the following information in your request:

  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • First and last name
  • Sub-total of purchase

 

For online purchases, members must wait 24-72 hours after the shipping date to submit a missing points request.
