At this time, we do not have the option of shipping and pickup of Skechers.ca orders in a Skechers Canada store.

Please try to use Google Chrome as your web browser to place your order. Our website is most compatible with that browser and usually resolves any issues by filtering in the correct information.

Step 1: Ensure you are on the Canadian website

• Ensure the cart is empty

Step 2: Add product to your cart

• Browse through the different styles and options we offer
• If you see something that appeals to you, click on the product and it will take you to a detailed style description. Please read over the details to ensure it is right for your needs
• Select the colour, width, and size you require then select "Add To Cart" 
• You can then continue shopping and repeat this process for each product you would like to order.

Step 3: Checkout

• When ready to check out, click on the shopping bag icon on the top right
• Ensure the styles are the correct colour, size and quantity
• Select "Proceed To Checkout" 
• If you are an existing Skechers Plus Member (formerly Skechers Elite), please login to your account with your credentials.

  If you would like to join Skechers Plus for free, please select "Create Your Free Account" to receive exclusive member discounts, free shipping and more.

  If you do not have a Skechers Plus account and would not like to create one, please select "Checkout As Guest"

Step 4: Enter Shipping Information

• Complete all the required fields. You will not be able to proceed to further steps without completing all fields in full
• We ship to all provinces and P.O. Boxes

Please ensure to include your Buzzer, Apartment, Unit, Suite or Building Number if applicable to reduce the risk of late or lost orders. 
If shipping to a P.O. Box, please indicate "PO BOX" and then the box number. 

Please note Standard Shipping is 10-15 business days (this includes the 2-3 business days for processing). This does not include weekends.

Step 5: Enter Payment Information

• If your billing address is different from your shipping address, select "Update Billing Address" to make changes

Your billing address MUST match the address that is associated with your credit card.

• If you have a discount code, please click "Have a Promo Code, Gift Card?", enter the code and select "Apply". A notification will appear indicating whether the code was applied or not. Please ensure that there are no spaces before or after your code. 

Promotional Discount Codes cannot be combined. You can only apply one Discount Code per Skechers.ca order. If you have a Promotional Discount Code and Skechers Plus Reward, both can be applied to the same order. 

• Enter your payment information. We only accept Mastercard, Visa or American Express.
• The Credit Card Security Code is a unique three digit code on the back of Visa or Mastercard OR a unique four-digit code printed on the front of American Express. Your order cannot be processed without this code.

• If paying with PayPal, please click on the dot beside "PayPal". A "PayPal Checkout" button will appear for you to click on. You should be redirected to PayPal's website to log into your PayPal account and complete your payment. If you are paying by Paypal and it does not work, please contact Paypal as there may be a connection error between them and your financial institution.

Step 6: Review Order

• Please review your order and make sure that all your information is correct and complete. If you need to make changes, please click on "Edit" in the sections that need to be updated.
• If you are satisfied with your order and have ensured that all information is correct and complete, please select “PLACE ORDER”. By selecting "Place Order" you consent to Terms and Conditions of placing an order on our Skechers.ca website. 
• Once the order has been placed, a new page will appear with your Order Number and Order Details. An Order Confirmation will also be emailed to you. 

If you need to cancel your order, go to Orders and Returns at the top right of the page, enter the order number and email address used to place the order and you can cancel the item(s). Please note these changes cannot be made more than 1-2 hours after placing the order.

• Points earned from a Skechers.ca order will be applied to your account after it is shipped. Only purchases made on or after your membership date will be eligible for points.

Sales tax will be charged in accordance with Provice laws, and will be calculated using your shipping address.

Skechers.ca orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday-Friday only. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays begin processing on the next business day. Shipping notifications are emailed immediately after the order has been shipped from our California warehouse. 

Standard Shipping: 10 to 15 business days (this includes the 2-3 business days for processing). This does not include weekends.

If you place an order at 5pm EST or later, it will not start to process until the next business day or following Monday. If Monday is a holiday the order will not start processing until Tuesday. Skechers.ca only ships within Canada, we do not ship to international areas, and we do not have the option for express shipping.

Please note our website is most compatible with Google Chrome. If you are using Internet Explorer for example, you may run into an error at checkout where the page keeps loading and you will see a spinning icon. If possible, please switch your browser to Google Chrome and this error should not occur.

At this time we do not offer gift receipts or notes for online orders.

Yes. We are able to ship to P.O. boxes via Standard Shipping. Please ensure to include "PO Box" before your box number. 

We will send you notifications to keep you up-to-date on where your package is. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We’ll also send a notification once your order leaves our warehouse in California. Once you receive the link to your tracking detail you can sign up for tracking updates with the carrier if you wish.

If you placed an order on Skechers.ca and need to update or change the shipping address we suggest cancelling the order and placing a new one with the correct address. You only have 1 hour from the time the order is placed to cancel the order. 

Visit Orders and Returns, enter in the order number and email address used to place the order and click, "Check Status", here you can Cancel the order. 

Please note, that changes can't be made if the order is no longer in New status and we are unable to change or edit your order once it starts to process. If you send us an email to update or change the shipping address in your order we may not be able to do this before the order starts to process.

To track your order select Orders and Returns towards the top of the home page and enter your order number and email address. Skechers Plus Members also have the option to sign in to view their recent orders. 

You will be able to check the status of your order, once it has shipped from our warehouse in California; there is a tracking number provided so you can locate the status of your order. Your tracking number is also included in your shipment confirmation email. All confirmation emails are sent the following morning after an order is completed and picked up by the carrier.

Select the Login link at the top right hand corner of the page and enter your Email and Password. Once logged in, under "Order & Loyalty History" select "View All" to see all of your previous Skechers.ca orders.

At this time, all orders placed at Skechers.ca must be placed online. We are currently unable to accept any orders over the phone for security purposes. 

To apply a discount or promotional code to an online order, go to the shopping cart and locate the Promo/Gift Card Code box. Enter the promotional or discount code and click on Apply (be sure to enter the code exactly as it appears with no spaces before or after your code). To remove a promotional code click on the small 'x' to the right of the code after it has been applied and confirm that you wish to remove the coupon from the cart.

To ensure that packages deliver as quickly as possible, adjustments and cancellations must occur immediately after submitting your order and aren't guaranteed. We strive to maintain accurate inventory records but the item is not guaranteed to be available for sale until you successfully place your Skechers.ca order. Placing an item into your shopping bag does not reserve the item, and the item could sell out if other customers place orders for the same product before you check out. After you click "View/Print Return Label" a new tab will open with the return label, and you can Save it from there to your device or Print. We would suggest saving it first as it is not automatically downloaded to your device or emailed to you.

Skechers does not accept returns if the shoes have been worn outside. Similarly, we do not accept returns of apparel items that show signs of wear. Orders placed on Skechers.ca must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and within 45 days of purchase and 90 days for Plus members.

If your return is received back at our facility with signs of wear we will be unable to refund the original form of payment.

If you do not have a printer, we would suggest seeking assistance from friends or family to help you print the return label. Canada Post offices do not print return labels at their locations. 

Alternatively, you may visit any Skechers store in Canada to return your order (excluding Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador retail locations) within 60 days of purchase (from Web receipt date): Canada Store Locator. For the fastest and easiest resolution, we recommend working with the original place of purchase. They should be able to give you options on returning or replacing your shoes.

Yes. All returned items will have any points earned from their initial purchase deducted from a member’s account. This may result in a negative points balance in your account if the amount of points deducted from the return is greater than the amount of points available in your account.

At this time, we do not accept mail returns for purchases made at any Skechers store or factory outlet location. We are unable to refund your payment method if you mail your item to our facility. 

You can return your store purchase to any Skechers store location (excluding Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador retail locations).

We do not accept returns after the return window has past.

We cannot guarantee that inventory will be available when attempting to exchange your Skechers.ca order. Therefore, if you would like to exchange your Skechers.ca purchase we recommend simply placing a new order and using your prepaid shipping label to return the first order.

Skechers.ca processes most returns within 1-3 weeks after the return is returned to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Your refund will include the cost of the item(s) and tax only, unless otherwise specified with Skechers customer care.

Important: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. Generally, the funds will appear in your account within 3-5 business days. However, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.

Troubleshooting Credit/Debit Card Payment Errors

• Check to make sure the billing information you entered is correct.
• Remove dashes or spaces from the card number.
• If the card is new or was recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
• We do not accept international credit cards.
• If you still experience a payment error after completing the above steps, please contact your credit card company.

Daily Spending Limits for Debit Cards

Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may delay the processing of an order even if there is enough money in the account. Please contact the card issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having difficulty placing your order.

Account Verification

To prevent delays in processing your order, please ensure that the billing address on your order matches the address that appears on your bank statements. If you are unsure of your billing address, please contact your bank directly.

Locating Your Credit Card Security Code

The Credit Card Security Code is a unique three or four-digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Visa/MasterCard) of your card. Your order cannot be processed without this code.

We only accept one credit card payment per order. The one payment must cover the order total or the transaction will not be successful.

We do not accept pre-paid or reloadable credit cards or gift cards as forms of payment.

Skechers.ca accepts PayPal, as well as credit/debit cards issued by:

Your credit card will not be charged for the purchase until it has been processed for shipping (usually within 24 to 48 hours). In the case of a sold out or cancelled order, your credit card will not be charged. If your order contains multiple items that ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.

A standard 'Pre-Authorization' is completed with each order placed. This is NOT a charge on your credit card. It's simply a verification of the available funds on your credit card. The 'Pre-Authorization' will be automatically dropped by your banking institution once the purchase is complete.

Please note that Skechers.ca does not accept any credit/debit cards issued by banks outside of Canada. We do not accept pre-paid or reloadable credit cards or gift cards as forms of payment.

At this time, we do not offer gift cards or e-gift cards for Skechers.ca or Skechers Canada retail stores. 

Machine Washable Shoes: Any style with the "Machine Washable" icon shown on the product detail page can be safely machine washed with detergent on the gentle cycle and air-dried, we suggest placing them in a pillowcase or laundry bag before washing in machine. Please wash shoes one at a time to avoid discoloration. Do not place shoes in dryer. For shoes with Skechers Memory Foam™ insoles, allow shoes and insoles to air dry for 10 to 12 hours to ensure the insoles are fully dry. Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains.

Foamies: Machine wash or hand wash according to instructions on product page for style. If hand wash, use cold water and air dry in shade. Do not place in dryer and do not leave out in the sun.

Shoes Not Marked as Machine Washable: To maintain the quality of your shoes, we suggest the following steps to your shoes:

1. Remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole by using a small brush or towel.

2. Create a soapy mixture by combining warm water and a small amount (a few drops) laundry detergent.

3. Dip the brush or cloth into the soapy mixture. Wipe down the affected area. Apply a small amount of clean, warm water with the brush or cloth and brush/wipe off the excess soap.

4. Allow shoes to air dry.

Leather Shoes: Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a leather cleaning lotion or spray such as Skechers Athletic Cleanser to clean. Apply a leather lotion or oil periodically to keep the leather supple. Do not machine wash leather shoes.

Suede or Nubuck Shoes: Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a suede/nubuck cleaning product to clean shoes. Brush with a suede brush for best results. Do not machine wash suede or nubuck shoes.

Light-Up Shoes: Machine washing light-up shoes is not advised as it may damage the lights. Clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth.

Keeping Shoes Fresh: Apply a deodorizing spray such as Skechers Odor Eliminator Spray to keep shoes fresh and odor-free.

We do not sell replacement laces on Skechers.ca, however, your nearest Skechers store might have options available. Please use the link below to find a store near you.

If you have a quality concern with your recently purchased Skechers shoes within 1 year they may be eligible for inspection.

Please note the manufacturer’s date on the inside of the shoe tag. We do not accept claims for items with a manufacturer’s date of 2022 or earlier. However, if an original receipt can be provided showing purchase is within 1 year, we are happy to make an exception. We only accept items with a manufacturer's date of 2023-2024. 

Typically, we suggest working with the original place of purchase towards a replacement or credit. Usually they are able to assist on the spot and send any defective items to our Quality Assurance Department. If you are unable to work with the original retailer, we would be happy to assist you with a claim for inspection.  

If you are inquiring about a light up shoe, please first try pressing and holding the On/Off button for 5 seconds to restart the lighting mechanism. If you still have the issue, please move forward with your claim.

• A claim will be authorized only if a manufacture’s defect is confirmed. We will contact you to arrange a personalized discount code that can be used on our website for the value paid of the merchandise.

To get the most out of your new Energy Lights shoes (Style 400028L) please note these helpful tips:

• Adult supervision is required during charging.
• Always use the USB split cable supplied with your energy lights.
• Confirm charging cable and its connection are undamaged prior to using.
• Only plug charging cord to a USB power source rated at 5v, 1a. Lift flap from behind the tongue of each shoe, insert supplied micro USB end into each charging port.
• Make sure the USB cord is plugged in all the way to ensure shoes are charging. Lights on shoes will flash while charging and will stop flashing once shoes are fully charged.
• Your energy lights will be fully charged in about 2 hours.
• Unplug immediately once shoes are fully charged, do not overcharge or leave unattended.
• Do not leave them plugged in and charging over night.
• There is an On/Off button located on the tongue of the shoe, hold down the button to immediately stop the lights.

These shoes are okay to wear in light rain, but please do not submerge in water or wash in washing machine. Use a Magic Eraser to clean the midsole. 

**Other Light Up shoes may have an On/Off switch in another location. For example, at the end of the velcro strap.

To ensure your new Foamies last as long as possible, please adhere to the following care tips:

• Machine wash or hand wash according to instructions on product page for specific style.
• If hand wash, use cold water and a clean cloth with mild soap, and air dry in shade.
• If machine washable, wash on delicate cycle, with cold water, using a mild detergent and do not place in dryer.
• Do not place under direct heat or leave out in the sun.

If left out in the direct sunlight for any amount of time, your Foamies could shrink or become misshapen. Returns for Foamies due to shrinking or misshape will not be accepted.

Skechers Wide width is equivalent to a Men's 2E width and a Women's 1E width. 

Skechers Extra Wide width is only available in Men's at this time and is equivalent to a Men's 4E. 

Relaxed Fit styles have a roomier toe box and are equivalent to a Men's 1E and Women's C width.

We use only premium natural leathers, mainly cow leather. If pig leather is used, we specify in the description on Skechers.ca.

Looking for shoes that will not leave marks on the floor?

Some of our styles are made with "non-marking" outsole material, and all of our Kids styles are made with "non-marking" outsole material. Abrasion to the sole of these styles may cause them to "pill," leaving a small amount of material on the floor. You should be able to brush it off with your hand. This is similar to the effect of a pencil eraser. It leaves some residue, but it does not leave a mark. Floors made from soft vinyl or linoleum or flooring with heavy polish build up may hold some of the residue because of the friction created by the sole rubbing against the floor.

Program Tiers

Skechers Plus will feature three program tiers. There’s the Member tier, the Silver tier, and the Gold tier. Tier qualifications will be based on total spend in a membership year. To qualify for the Silver tier, members must spend $175 in a membership year. Qualification for the Gold tier is $350 in a membership year. 

We greatly value our members’ dedication to Skechers. So, if you currently have Elite Gold status, you’ll keep that status in Plus for a year. To retain Gold status for the following year, you’ll need to meet the $350 spend requirement.

How You Earn

Member tier and Silver tier members will earn 10 points per $1 spent while Gold tier members will earn 20 points per $1 spent for purchases made on Skechers.ca In addition to earning points from purchases made on Skechers.ca, members can earn points through certain digital engagement activities with Skechers.

Return Policy

Skechers Plus members will have a return window of 90 days, increased from the current policy of 45 days. 

Points Expiration

Members will have 365 days from their last activity date to use their points, any unused points will expire. Advanced notice will be provided prior to expiration of points

Elite Points

For members who have a remaining Elite point balance, Skechers will issue a Skechers Plus promotional voucher for the remaining point balance value.  Members will have eighteen months to redeem the promotional voucher.

Welcome to the Skechers Plus loyalty program (“Skechers Plus” or “Program”). Skechers Plus is organized by Skechers U.S.A. Canada, Inc. (“Skechers”, “we” or “us”) and these Skechers Plus Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in Skechers Plus.  Please read these Terms carefully.  By participating in Skechers Plus, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate in Skechers Plus, you must be a consumer, at least 14 years old and a legal resident of the Canada. Employees of Skechers, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their spouses and children are not eligible to participate in Skechers Plus.   Bulk buyers and resellers are not eligible to participate in Skechers Plus.  By enrolling and participating in Skechers Plus, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. Skechers reserves the right to revoke loyalty membership for any reason, including, without limitation, contravention of these Terms.  

2. Joining Skechers Plus

If you meet the eligibility criteria above, you can join Skechers Plus by filling out a registration form on Skechers.ca No purchase is required to enroll in Skechers Plus. Only one account is allowed per individual.

A member must create an online account on Skechers.ca, access Skechers Plus loyalty points (“Points”), and begin using membership rewards and benefits.

3. Points

Members of Skechers Plus will earn Points for purchases that are made on Skechers.ca.  Purchases at retail stores will not qualify for Points (even if the member purchases Skechers products). Similarly, purchases on the websites of Skechers’ affiliates outside Canada (including Skechers.com) will not qualify for Points (even if the member purchases Skechers products). Points are awarded on the amount of the purchase after deduction of any applicable promotional code, discount, offer or merchandise credit. Items that are ineligible for Points earn include gift card purchases, taxes, shipping and all other fees.

Member Tier and Silver Tier members will earn ten (10) Points per one dollar ($1) spent. Gold Tier members will earn twenty (20) Points per one dollar ($1) spent. Points earned through purchases can be impacted by a member’s tier level and/or bonus point promotions.  If a member returns purchased items, the Points earned by the purchase of those items will be deducted from the member’s Point total. In addition to earning Points for purchases, members can also earn Points for certain digital engagement activities with Skechers.  

Members can earn Points on a maximum of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750) worth of purchases in a rolling ninety (90) day timeframe. Any additional spend greater than this threshold will not earn Points.

Members must be logged into their Program account on Skechers.ca to receive Points for their actions.  Skechers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to retroactively credit Points for interactions where the member was not logged provided sufficient proof of membership and purchase is made available to Skechers’ Customer Care within sixty (60) days of purchase.

4. Expiration of Points

All Points earned by members are valid for three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of earning and will expire at the end of this period unless Skechers explicitly states otherwise , subject to applicable statutory requirements, if any.

Points are not transferrable between members.  Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Program Tiers

Skechers Plus has three (3) tiers: Member, Silver and Gold Tiers. Members can progress through these Tiers by the amount they spend on eligible products on Skechers.ca.

“Member Tier is the entry-level tier.  Members only need to register for Skechers Plus on Skechers.ca and create their online account to be a part of this Tier.  No purchase is required.

Members can progress to Silver Tier and Gold Tier by spending the required dollar amount within the calendar year (January 1st -December 31st). When moving up Tiers, a member will receive that Tier status for the remainder of the current calendar year plus the subsequent calendar year.

Silver/Gold Tier Re-Qualification

On January 1st of every year Skechers will evaluate a member’s cumulative spend in the previous calendar year to determine whether they are eligible to retain their Silver or Gold Tier status.

Members must have spent $175 on Skechers.ca during the previous calendar year to retain their Silver Tier status. Members must have spent $350 on Skechers.ca during the previous calendar year to retain their Gold Tier status.

Tier downgrades could happen in the following ways:

• If a member does not accumulate enough spend to retain their current Silver or Gold Tier status by January 1st, then they will be downgraded to the Tier level that reflects the accumulated spend total for the previous calendar year.
• If the member spends enough to earn Silver or Gold Tier status in the current calendar year and then returns an order/product which brings their total spend in the current calendar year below the threshold to earn Silver or Gold Tier status, then their status will change to reflect their new calendar year spend total.

6. Redemption of Points

Members can redeem 1,000 Points in order to obtain a $5 promotional code, which they can apply toward purchases made by them on Skechers.ca.  Points are redeemable only in increments of 1,000 Points.  No cash back will be provided if the promotional code's full value is not utilized.  Promotional codes will expire sixty (60) days after their issuance.

7. Rewards and Benefits

Entry and progress through each of the above-mentioned Tiers will unlock a set of new benefits and rewards for members.  Members will have access to the rewards in their current Tier and the Tier(s) below them.   When a member moves down Tiers, they will lose access to benefits from the higher Tier(s).

The Birthday Bonus Points offer enables Member and Silver Tier members to earn twenty (20) Points per one dollar ($1) spent on any purchase made during the member’s birthday month. Gold Tier members earn forty (40) Points per one dollar ($1) spent on any purchase made during their birthday month. Points earned during a member’s birthday month are subject to the cap of earning Points only on up to seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750) of purchases per rolling ninety (90) day timeframe. Customers must submit their birthday information in their online profile in order to participate in the Birthday Bonus Points offer.

Double Points Day Passes enable Silver Tier members to earn twenty (20) Points per one dollar ($1) spent on a single purchase of their choosing. Silver Tier members are awarded two (2) Double Points Day Passes when they earn Silver Tier status and then at the beginning of each calendar year in which they retain their Silver Tier status. Any unused Double Points Day Passes will expire at the end of December 31st.   

Triple Points Day Passes enable Gold Tier members to earn thirty (30) Points per dollar spent total on a single purchase of their choosing. Gold Tier members are awarded one (1) Triple Points Day Pass when they earn Gold Tier status and then at the beginning of each calendar year in which they retain their Gold Tier status. Any unused Triple Points Day Passes will expire at the end of December 31st.

Double and Triple Points Day Passes cannot be used in combination with the Birthday Bonus Points offer. During a member’s birthday month, passes will be deactivated and members will earn bonus Points only by the Birthday Bonus Points offer.

Other benefits not mentioned here may be awarded to members on a surprise and delight basis at the sole discretion of Skechers, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Specific rewards and benefits may be subject to change, discontinuance, limitations, and substitutions by Skechers, at its sole discretion, and at any time without notice. The total value of rewards or benefits applied to a purchase cannot exceed the total cost of the purchase.

Rewards, benefits and promotional online code must be entered at checkout on Skechers.ca). Rewards, benefits and promotional codes may not be used on purchases of identified clearance items in Skechers’ warehouse stores or elsewhere where indicated by Skechers, at its sole discretion.

Rewards, benefits and promotional codes are not redeemable for cash and are void if copied and where prohibited, licensed or regulated.

8. Use of Account

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password and are fully responsible for any and all transactions and other activities that occur under their account and password. Members should immediately inform Skechers’ Customer Care of any unauthorized use of their account or password or any other breach of security.

Skechers Plus is for members’ personal use only. Members agree not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload for any commercial purposes, any portion of Skechers Plus. The transfer, sale, or barter (or the attempted transfer, sale, or barter) of rewards, benefits or promotional codes, member-exclusive promotional offers, and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto, may result in cancellation of the member’s account, including any unused Points or claimed but unused rewards, benefits or promotional codes associated to the member’s account, in Skechers sole discretion.

9. Privacy and Consent to Marketing

The information you provide as a member of Skechers Plus will be managed by Skechers as described in the Skechers Privacy Policy.

By becoming a member of Skechers Plus, you consent to receive marketing, promotions, special events, and other communications from Skechers, its affiliates, and brands. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. For information on how to do so, please visit our Privacy Policy.

Enrollment in Skechers Plus is voluntary. By providing your personal information to Skechers, you acknowledge that you fully understand and unambiguously consent to the transfer of such personal information to Skechers, that you are enrolling in Skechers Plus voluntarily, and that the enrollment is neither required to complete a purchase transaction nor made in connection with any purchase transaction.

10. Termination; Expiration

You may cancel your Skechers Plus membership at any time by logging into your account on Skechers.ca or in the Skechers mobile app.

We may cancel your Program membership at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, if we determine that you (a) are ineligible, (b) have not earned Points, redeemed Points or otherwise used your account for 365 days or more, (c) violated any term or condition of Skechers Plus or any applicable law or regulation, (d) used your account in connection with bulk buying or reselling, or (e) engaged in any deception, forgery, fraud or committed any other abuse of Skechers Plus.  We may revoke some or all of your Points or rewards, benefits or promotional codes if we cancel your membership and/or if we determine that you received same due to an error, through fraud or deception, in contravention of these Terms or in any manner not authorized.

If you or Skechers cancels your Program membership, you will lose your accumulated Points. If you cancel your membership, you may ask to rejoin Skechers Plus by registering at Skechers.ca or on the Skechers mobile app, and we will restart your membership, at our sole discretion.  When restarting your membership, your previously-earned Points will not be reinstated.

In all matters relating to the administration of Skechers Plus, the decisions of Skechers will be final and without appeal.  Skechers reserves the right to change or cancel any aspect of Skechers Plus, at any time, in accordance with these Terms.

11. Changes to Skechers Plus

(a) If you reside in Ontario; [outside Quebec]

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or otherwise change any aspect, term or condition of the Program. We may modify all or one or more parts of these Terms at any time, including, without limitation, the following elements:

• The eligibility conditions for participating in the Program,
• The manner in which a Program member participates in the Program,
• The manner and rate at which Points are earned,
• The manner and rate at which Points are redeemed,
• Rewards and benefits offered within the Program; and
• The terms and conditions applicable to termination, expiration and changes to the Program.

In the event the Terms, or any aspect of the Program, is restricted, suspended or changed, we will provide you advance notice by posting the amended Terms online here and, where required by law, by sending you notice using your email or mailing address. Your continued participation in the Program following such notice will constitute your consent to any amendments to these Terms, or any other aspect of the Program. In the event that the amendment entails an increase in your obligations or a reduction in our obligations and you do not agree to such amendment, you may close your account and cancel your participation in the Program without cost or penalty. You will then have 45 days to redeem any Points in your account. Any Points that are not redeemed after 45 days will be forfeited.

(b) If you reside in Quebec:

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or otherwise change any aspect, term or condition of the Program. We may modify all or one or more parts of these Terms at any time, including, without limitation, the following elements:

• The eligibility conditions for participating in the Program,
• The manner in which a Program member participates in the Program,
• The manner and rate at which Points are earned,
• The manner and rate at which Points are redeemed,
• Rewards and benefits offered within the Program; and
• The terms and conditions applicable to termination, expiration and changes to the Program.

In the event the Terms, or any aspect of the Program is restricted, suspended or changed, we will provide you notice at least 60 days before the amendment comes into effect. Such notice will be provided by posting the amended Terms online here, by sending you written notice using your email or mailing address (if you have provided us with such an address), and setting out the new clause, or the amended clause and how it read formerly, and the date on which the change will come into effect. Upon receipt of such notice, and if the amendment entails an increase in your obligations or a reduction in our obligations, you may refuse the amendment and rescind or cancel your participation in the Program without cost, penalty or cancellation indemnity, by sending us notice to that effect no later than 30 days after the amendment comes into force, at the address or email address indicated in the notice. You will then have 45 days to redeem any Points in your account. Any Points that are not redeemed after 45 days will be forfeited.

If you do not exercise your right to rescind or cancel your participation in the Program by sending us notice no later than 30 days after the amendment comes into force, your continued participation in the Program at any time after such 30-day delay has expired will constitute your consent to be bound by the amendment.

12. OTHER LEGAL CONDITIONS

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKECHERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AND THOSE ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE).

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKECHERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING FOR THE LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, OR DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, HOWEVER CAUSED, AND UNDER WHATEVER CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY BROUGHT (INCLUDING UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT THEORY OF LIABILITY) EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THESE TERMS AND THE PROGRAM ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO.  

ALL TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS AND TRADE NAMES OF SKECHERS USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE SKECHERS NAME) ARE TRADEMARKS OR REGISTERED TRADEMARKS OF SKECHERS. THEY MAY NOT BE USED WITHOUT SKECHERS’ PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION. ANY OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PATENTS, ISSUED OR PENDING, ARE THE SOLE PROPERTY OF SKECHERS AND/OR ITS LICENSORS.  THE ENTIRE CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TEXT, GRAPHICS, OR CODE IS COPYRIGHTED AS A COLLECTIVE WORK UNDER THE UNITED STATES AND OTHER COPYRIGHT LAWS, AND IS THE PROPERTY OF SKECHERS.  COPYRIGHT 2022, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

To the FULLEST extent permitted by APPLICABLE law, by participating in the Program, you (and your parent or legal guardian on your behalf, as the case may be) agree to release and discharge SKECHERS, SKECHERS’ PARENT COMPANY AND AFFILIATES, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, from any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage or expense asserted by any person or entity relating in any way to the Program, your participation in the Program or the redemption and use/misuse of any item obtained through the redemption of points or otherwise in connection with the Program.

We reserve the right to withdraw or temporarily change or suspend all or part of the Program in any way, in the event of a material error, omission, technical problem, computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond our reasonable control that interferes with the proper conduct of any aspect of the Program as set out in these Terms. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program in any way (as we may determine in our sole discretion) could be a violation of criminal or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, we reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

What is Skechers Plus?
 Skechers Plus is a loyalty program through which members can earn points and redeem them for reward certificates and other offers. Skechers Plus members will also receive the benefits listed below, with more benefits to unlock as you become Silver tier and Gold tier members.

ENROLL

How do I enroll in Skechers Plus?
 You may enroll in Skechers Plus at Skechers.ca. Anyone living in Canada and ages 14 and above can join. No purchase necessary, and there’s no fee to join.

EARN

How do I earn points?
 You can earn points in two ways:

• By making a qualified purchase at Skechers.ca
• Engage with Skechers Plus digitally by answering surveys, participating in quizzes, and much more! Access these opportunities in your Skechers Plus account online

Can I earn points in-store?

No, currently points can only be earned for purchases made online at Skechers.ca

How many points do I earn on my purchase?
 At Member tier and Silver tier you will earn ten (10) points for every one (1) dollar spent on qualifying online purchases. At Gold tier you will earn double points (20 points) per one (1) dollar spent on qualifying online purchases. 

Points will not be awarded for Skechers merchandise purchased at either Skechers stores or non-Skechers stores, orders with Skechers gift cards as a purchase item, tax, restocking fees and shipping fees. Points can be earned for purchases made online with gift card payment.

When do points show up in my account?
 Points will be post to your account 24-72 hours after your order has shipped.

I forgot to log in prior to my purchase.  Can I get credit for my purchase?
Yes, you have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to submit a missing points request and be credited. To submit a missing points request, email customer care at infocanada@skechers.com . Please provide a copy of the order confirmation.

Please note, members must wait 24-72 hours after the shipping date to submit a missing points request.

Is there a limit on the number of points I can earn?

Members can earn points on a maximum of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750) worth of purchases in a rolling 90-day timeframe. Any additional spend above this threshold will not earn points.

Do my points expire?
 Members will have 365 days from their last activity date to use their points, any unused points will expire. Advanced notice will be provided prior to expiration of points.

How can I check my point balance or tier status?
 You can check how many points you have and your current tier by logging into your Skechers Plus account on Skechers.ca

If I return an item, do I lose the points I earned from purchasing it?
 Yes. All returned items will have any points earned from their initial purchase deducted from a member’s account. This may result in a negative points balance in your account if the amount of points deducted from the return is greater than the amount of points available in your account.

EXCEPTION: If the purchase was made prior to {launch date}, where Elite points were earned on initial purchase will not be deducted.

REDEEM

What can I redeem my points on?
 Members can redeem their points in 1,000-point increments for a $5 reward certificate that can be applied to a purchase made on Skechers.ca. Reward certificates are promotional in nature. 

How do I redeem my points for reward certificates?
Members can redeem points through Skechers.ca. In the loyalty dashboard or in the shopping cart, click “REDEEM” to redeem points for a reward.

Do my rewards expire?
 Rewards certificates are promotional in nature and are valid for 60 days upon issuance.

Is there a limit on the number of reward certificates I can apply to a transaction?

Members may apply multiple reward certificates on an online purchase up to the transaction value of the purchase. Any remaining reward value above the transaction value will be forfeit. 

How do I apply my rewards to an online purchase?

To apply your reward to an online transaction, go to the shopping cart and click the “Apply” button next to your available rewards. To remove the reward certificate from the transaction, click the remove icon next to the reward certificate. 

Are there any restrictions on using my rewards?

Yes, you cannot use a reward certificate to purchase a gift card or any order that has a gift card in the order cart. 

TIERS

How do I become a Silver tier or Gold tier member?
Tier qualification is based on total spend in the calendar year (January 1^st – December 31^st). To qualify for Silver tier, members must spend $175 and to qualify for Gold tier, members must spend $350. 

How long does my Tier status last?
When you move up to Silver or Gold tier status you get that status for the remainder of the then-current calendar year, plus an additional calendar year. For example, if you earn Silver status on February 1^st, 2022, then you will have Silver status through December 31^st, 2023. 

Can my tier status be impacted by returned items?

Yes. If you make a purchase with a spend amount that promotes you to a higher tier and then you return items from that purchase, your tier status may change to reflect your new calendar year spend total.

How many points do I earn from my Double and Triple Points Day Passes?

Double Points Day Passes enable Silver tier customers to earn twenty (20) points per dollar spent total on a purchase of their choosing. Triple Points Day Passes enable Gold tier customers to earn thirty (30) points per dollar spent total on a purchase of their choosing. 

How can I apply my Double/Triple Points Pass to my purchase?

To apply a bonus points pass to a transaction, go to the shopping cart and click on the “Apply” button next to your bonus points pass in the Skechers Plus Benefits & Offers section. To remove the bonus points pass from the transaction, click the remove icon next to the pass.

How many points do I earn from the Birthday Bonus Points benefit?

The Birthday Bonus Points benefit enables Member and Silver tier customers to earn twenty (20) points per dollar spent on any purchase made during their birthday month. Gold tier customers earn forty (40) points per dollar spent on any purchase made during their birthday month. 

Customers must submit their birthday information in their online profile to participate in the Birthday Bonus Points benefit.

Can I combine my Double/Triple points passes with the Birthday Bonus Points Benefit?

Double/Triple points passes cannot be used in combination with the Birthday Bonus Points benefit. During your birthday month, passes will be temporarily unavailable, and you will earn bonus points only by the Birthday Bonus Points benefit.

Can I combine my Birthday Bonus points benefit with other bonus points promotional offers?

Members cannot stack promotional points offers with their Birthday Bonus benefit. If a member attempts to stack offers, he or she will only earn Birthday Bonus points.

The telephone and credit card number information we ask for when you order online is used only to complete the order, confirm the order and confirm shipment of the order.
