Your order may arrive in multiple shipments from our distribution centers in Canada and California to ensure faster delivery.
Standard Shipping: 10 to 15 business days (this includes the 2-3 business days for processing). This does not include weekends.
If you place an order at 5pm EST or later, it will not start to process until the next business day or following Monday. If Monday is a holiday the order will not start processing until Tuesday. To track your order select Orders and Returns towards the top of the home page and enter your order number and email address. Skechers Plus Members also have the option to sign in to view their recent orders.
You will be able to check the status of your order, once it has shipped from our warehouse in California; there is a tracking number provided so you can locate the status of your order. Your tracking number is also included in your shipment confirmation email. All confirmation emails are sent the following morning after an order is completed and picked up by the carrier.

My Klarna statement is incorrect. What should I do?
Klarna is an installment feature that allows you to pay for your order with 4 equal payments. The first payment is withdrawn when you submit your order, the remaining 3 payments are scheduled every 2 weeks.
Using Klarna is as simple as shopping as usual and proceeding to checkout. Choose Klarna as your payment method, and you'll be directed to the Klarna website to register and provide payment details. You must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify. If you’ve used Klarna before, just log in to your Klarna account.
With Klarna, you have the flexibility to pay in 4 equal installments every 2 weeks. There is zero interest and no additional fees when you pay on time. Payments are taken automatically, or you can log into the Klarna app anytime to make a payment. You can also view your orders and manage account details after your order has been processed in the Klarna app.

If you paid with the “Pay in 4 Installments” plan, Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your second installment from the debit or credit card that you entered at checkout. If the payment cannot be collected on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make a further attempt to automatically collect payment 7 days later and again in an additional 7 days. Should the last payment attempt fail, Klarna will add the failed amount to your final installment.
Final Installment: Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your final installment from the debit or credit card that you entered at checkout. If the payment cannot be collected on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make a further attempt to automatically collect payment 7 days later and again in an additional 7 days. If the payment for the final installment fails, Klarna will issue a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later.
You may be charged fees or interest for late and/or missed repayment(s). Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay in 4 installments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time. If you fail to make a payment you will be in default, and may be unable to use the service in the future. If you do not pay for your purchase, Klarna may engage with an external debt collection agency to collect any outstanding funds as a last resort.
If you have changed your mind, you can return your Klarna order by mail. Please note that we do not accept in-store returns for online orders. Skechers.ca orders paid with Klarna, must be returned by mail in order to receive a refund to the original form of payment.
Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Klarna will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Log into your Klarna account and select “Report a return” to pause your statement. Klarna will adjust your invoice as soon as your return has been processed.
Klarna orders are delivered per our standard shipping time frame after completing your order online.
If the partial refund is greater than the remaining balance of your order, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
If the partial refund is less than the remaining balance of your order, the amount will be deducted from the outstanding balance and spread evenly across the remaining payments.
You can view any updates to your payment plan in the Klarna app.
You do not need to pay the statement until you have received your order. Email Skechers Customer Service for an update on the delivery. Make sure to log into your Klarna account and “Report a problem” to pause your statement until you’ve received your order.
If your statement does not match your order details, please email Klarna Customer Service directly for a correction of your statement. Make sure to log into your Klarna account and “Report a problem” to pause your statement until the details have been corrected.

Machine Washable Shoes: Any style with the "Machine Washable" icon shown on the product detail page can be safely machine washed with detergent on the gentle cycle and air-dried, we suggest placing them in a pillowcase or laundry bag before washing in machine. Please wash shoes one at a time to avoid discoloration. Do not place shoes in dryer. For shoes with Skechers Memory Foam™ insoles, allow shoes and insoles to air dry for 10 to 12 hours to ensure the insoles are fully dry. Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains.
Foamies: Machine wash or hand wash according to instructions on product page for style. If hand wash, use cold water and air dry in shade. Do not place in dryer and do not leave out in the sun.
Shoes Not Marked as Machine Washable: To maintain the quality of your shoes, we suggest the following steps to your shoes:
1. Remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole by using a small brush or towel.
2. Create a soapy mixture by combining warm water and a small amount (a few drops) laundry detergent.
3. Dip the brush or cloth into the soapy mixture. Wipe down the affected area. Apply a small amount of clean, warm water with the brush or cloth and brush/wipe off the excess soap.
4. Allow shoes to air dry.
Leather Shoes: Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a leather cleaning lotion or spray such as Skechers Athletic Cleanser to clean. Apply a leather lotion or oil periodically to keep the leather supple. Do not machine wash leather shoes.
Suede or Nubuck Shoes: Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a suede/nubuck cleaning product to clean shoes. Brush with a suede brush for best results. Do not machine wash suede or nubuck shoes.
Light-Up Shoes: Machine washing light-up shoes is not advised as it may damage the lights. Clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth.
Keeping Shoes Fresh: Apply a deodorizing spray such as Skechers Odor Eliminator Spray to keep shoes fresh and odor-free.

If you have a quality concern with your recently purchased Skechers shoes within 1 year they may be eligible for inspection.
Please note the manufacturer’s date on the inside of the shoe tag. We do not accept claims for items with a manufacturer’s date of 2023 or earlier. However, if an original receipt can be provided showing purchase is within 1 year, we are happy to make an exception. We only accept items with a manufacturer's date of 2024-2025.
Typically, we suggest working with the original place of purchase towards a replacement or credit. Usually they are able to assist on the spot and send any defective items to our Quality Assurance Department. If you are unable to work with the original retailer, we would be happy to assist you with a claim for inspection.
If you are inquiring about a light up shoe, please first try pressing and holding the On/Off button for 5 seconds to restart the lighting mechanism. If you still have the issue, please move forward with your claim.

Some of our styles are made with "non-marking" outsole material, and all of our Kids styles are made with "non-marking" outsole material. Abrasion to the sole of these styles may cause them to "pill," leaving a small amount of material on the floor. You should be able to brush it off with your hand. This is similar to the effect of a pencil eraser. It leaves some residue, but it does not leave a mark. Floors made from soft vinyl or linoleum or flooring with heavy polish build up may hold some of the residue because of the friction created by the sole rubbing against the floor.

Welcome to the Skechers Plus loyalty program (“Skechers Plus” or “Program”). Skechers Plus is organized by Skechers U.S.A. Canada, Inc. (“Skechers”, “we” or “us”) and these Skechers Plus Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in Skechers Plus. Please read these Terms carefully. By participating in Skechers Plus, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To participate in Skechers Plus, you must be a consumer, at least 16 years old and a legal resident of Canada. Employees of Skechers, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their spouses and children are not eligible to participate in Skechers Plus. Bulk buyers and resellers are not eligible to participate in Skechers Plus. By enrolling and participating in Skechers Plus, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. Skechers reserves the right to revoke loyalty membership for any reason, including, without limitation, contravention of these Terms.
2. Joining Skechers Plus
If you meet the eligibility criteria above, you can join Skechers Plus by filling out a registration form on Skechers.ca. No purchase is required to enroll in Skechers Plus. Only one account is allowed per individual.
A member must create an online account on Skechers.ca, access Skechers Plus loyalty points (“Points”), and begin using membership rewards and benefits.
3. Points
Members of Skechers Plus will earn Points for purchases that are made on Skechers.ca. Purchases at retail stores will not qualify for Points (even if the member purchases Skechers products). Similarly, purchases on the websites of Skechers’ affiliates whether inside or outside Canada (including Skechers.com) will not qualify for Points (even if the member purchases Skechers products). Points are awarded on the amount of the purchase after deduction of any applicable promotional code, discount, offer, returns or merchandise credit. Items that are ineligible for Points earn include gift card purchases, taxes, shipping and all other fees.
Members will earn ten (10) Points per one dollar ($1) spent. If a member returns purchased items, the Points earned by the purchase of those items will be deducted from the member’s Point total. In addition to earning Points for purchases, members can also earn Points for certain digital engagement activities with Skechers.
Members can earn Points on a maximum of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750) worth of purchases in a rolling ninety (90) day timeframe. Any additional spend greater than this threshold will not earn Points.
Members must be logged into their Program account on Skechers.ca to receive Points for their actions. Skechers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to retroactively credit Points for interactions where the member was not logged provided sufficient proof of membership and purchase is made available to Skechers’ Customer Care within sixty (60) days of purchase.
4. Expiration of Points
All Points earned by members are valid for three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of earning and will expire at the end of this period unless Skechers explicitly states otherwise, subject to applicable statutory requirements, if any.
Points are not transferrable between members. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Redemption of Points
Members can redeem 1,000 Points in order to obtain a $5 promotional code, which they can apply toward purchases made by them on Skechers.ca, to a maximum transaction amount of $50 (before taxes). Points are redeemable only in increments of 1,000 Points. No cash back will be provided if the promotional code's full value is not utilized. Promotional codes will expire sixty (60) days after their issuance.
6. Rewards and Benefits
Other benefits not mentioned here may be awarded to members on a surprise and delight basis at the sole discretion of Skechers, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Specific rewards and benefits may be subject to change, discontinuance, limitations, and substitutions by Skechers, at its sole discretion, and at any time without notice. The total value of rewards or benefits applied to a purchase cannot exceed the total cost of the purchase.
Rewards, benefits and promotional online code must be entered at checkout on Skechers.ca). Rewards, benefits and promotional codes may not be used on purchases of identified clearance items in Skechers’ warehouse stores or elsewhere where indicated by Skechers, at its sole discretion.
Rewards, benefits and promotional codes are not redeemable for cash and are void if copied and where prohibited, licensed or regulated.
7. Use of Account
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password and are fully responsible for any and all transactions and other activities that occur under their account and password. Members should immediately inform Skechers’ Customer Care of any unauthorized use of their account or password or any other breach of security.
Skechers Plus is for members’ personal use only. Members agree not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload for any commercial purposes, any portion of Skechers Plus. The transfer, sale, or barter (or the attempted transfer, sale, or barter) of rewards, benefits or promotional codes, member-exclusive promotional offers, and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto, may result in cancellation of the member’s account, including any unused Points or claimed but unused rewards, benefits or promotional codes associated to the member’s account, in Skechers sole discretion.
8. Privacy and Consent to Marketing
The information you provide as a member of Skechers Plus will be managed by Skechers as described in the Skechers Privacy Policy.
By becoming a member of Skechers Plus, you consent to receive marketing, promotions, special events, and other communications from Skechers, its affiliates, and brands. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. For information on how to do so, please visit our Privacy Policy.
Enrollment in Skechers Plus is voluntary. By providing your personal information to Skechers, you acknowledge that you fully understand and unambiguously consent to the transfer of such personal information to Skechers, that you are enrolling in Skechers Plus voluntarily, and that the enrollment is neither required to complete a purchase transaction nor made in connection with any purchase transaction.
9. Termination; Expiration
You may cancel your Skechers Plus membership at any time by logging into your account on Skechers.ca or in the Skechers mobile app.
We may cancel your Program membership at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, if we determine that you (a) are ineligible, (b) have not earned Points, redeemed Points or otherwise used your account for 365 days or more, (c) violated any term or condition of Skechers Plus or any applicable law or regulation, (d) used your account in connection with bulk buying or reselling, or (e) engaged in any deception, forgery, fraud or committed any other abuse of Skechers Plus. We may revoke some or all of your Points or rewards, benefits or promotional codes if we cancel your membership and/or if we determine that you received same due to an error, through fraud or deception, in contravention of these Terms or in any manner not authorized.
If you or Skechers cancels your Program membership, you will lose your accumulated Points. If you cancel your membership, you may ask to rejoin Skechers Plus by registering at Skechers.ca or on the Skechers mobile app, and we will restart your membership, at our sole discretion. When restarting your membership, your previously-earned Points will not be reinstated.
In all matters relating to the administration of Skechers Plus, the decisions of Skechers will be final and without appeal. Skechers reserves the right to change or cancel any aspect of Skechers Plus, at any time, in accordance with these Terms.
10. Changes to Skechers Plus
(a) If you reside in Canada outside of Quebec:
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or otherwise change any aspect, term or condition of the Program. We may modify all or one or more parts of these Terms at any time, including, without limitation, the following elements:
The eligibility conditions for participating in the Program,
The manner in which a Program member participates in the Program,
The manner and rate at which Points are earned,
The manner and rate at which Points are redeemed,
Rewards and benefits offered within the Program; and
The terms and conditions applicable to termination, expiration and changes to the Program.
In the event the Terms, or any aspect of the Program, is restricted, suspended or changed, we will provide you advance notice by posting the amended Terms online here and, where required by law, by sending you notice using your email or mailing address. Your continued participation in the Program following such notice will constitute your consent to any amendments to these Terms, or any other aspect of the Program. In the event that the amendment entails an increase in your obligations or a reduction in our obligations and you do not agree to such amendment, you may close your account and cancel your participation in the Program without cost or penalty. You will then have 45 days to redeem any Points in your account. Any Points that are not redeemed after 45 days will be forfeited.
(b) If you reside in Quebec:

Such notice will be provided by posting the amended Terms online here, by sending you written notice using your email or mailing address (if you have provided us with such an address), and setting out the new clause, or the amended clause and how it read formerly, and the date on which the change will come into effect. Upon receipt of such notice, and if the amendment entails an increase in your obligations or a reduction in our obligations, you may refuse the amendment and rescind or cancel your participation in the Program without cost, penalty or cancellation indemnity, by sending us notice to that effect no later than 30 days after the amendment comes into force, at the address or email address indicated in the notice. You will then have 45 days to redeem any Points in your account. Any Points that are not redeemed after 45 days will be forfeited.
If you do not exercise your right to rescind or cancel your participation in the Program by sending us notice no later than 30 days after the amendment comes into force, your continued participation in the Program at any time after such 30-day delay has expired will constitute your consent to be bound by the amendment.
11. MANDATORY ARBITRATION. NO CLASS ACTION.
Unless prohibited by law, you agree to submit any and all disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or relating to your Membership in Skechers Plus, or any related services or products purchased or received, to the ADR Institute of Canada (“ADRIC”), or its successor, for confidential mediation, except that you may assert claims or seek relief in small claims court if your claims qualify, and if the matter is not resolved through mediation, then to ADRIC, or its successor, for final and binding arbitration. All arbitrations must proceed on an individual basis, and to the extent permitted by applicable law you hereby waive the right to assert or participate in a class action arbitration, and to assert or participate in any joint or consolidated arbitration of any kind.
Claims shall be heard by a single arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Toronto, Ontario. The arbitration shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The language of the arbitration, including the hearings, documentation, and award, shall be English. The arbitrator may determine how the costs and expenses of the arbitration shall be allocated between the parties, but each party shall each bear its own legal costs and expenses of the arbitration. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof.
You agree to maintain as strictly confidential all negotiations and proceedings pursuant to this section, except as is required by court order or as is necessary to confirm, vacate or enforce a judgement or award.
12. OTHER LEGAL CONDITIONS
NOT APPLICABLE IN QUEBEC: THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKECHERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AND THOSE ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE).
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKECHERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING FOR THE LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, OR DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, HOWEVER CAUSED, AND UNDER WHATEVER CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY BROUGHT (INCLUDING UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT THEORY OF LIABILITY) EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THESE TERMS AND THE PROGRAM ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO.

The information obtained from online registration is utilized to improve your shopping experience with SKECHERS by enabling you to earn reward points, obtain a faster checkout for purchases and/or opt-in to receive promotional e-mails, which provide you with the latest and greatest information regarding SKECHERS and its products.
The telephone and credit card number information we ask for when you order online is used only to complete the order, confirm the order and confirm shipment of the order. This information is then stored only for the purposes of faster checkout (for Elite Members only), and is not used for any other purpose.

Purchases
All purchases placed through the Site are subject to SKECHERS’ acceptance, which is in its sole discretion. Without limitation, this means that SKECHERS may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, in its sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. Without limiting the foregoing, SKECHERS reserves the right to refuse to accept or cancel any orders which are to be shipped to any freight forwarding or similar service, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged for a purchase that is subsequently cancelled, SKECHERS shall issue a credit to your credit card account.
Pricing
SKECHERS makes every attempt to properly price all items, but errors occasionally occur. These pricing errors may result in a lower or higher stated price on the Site. SKECHERS reserves the right to cancel orders which include a pricing or discount error.

You may not post or otherwise distribute content to the Site which SKECHERS in its sole discretion determines to be abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, an impersonation of others, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, in violation of a copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of another, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, in violation of any other right of SKECHERS or another party, illegal, or otherwise objectionable to SKECHERS. Where permitted or required by applicable law, SKECHERS may disclose your identity to a third party who claims that material posted or uploaded by you to the Site violates SKECHERS’ intellectual property rights, privacy rights or is defamatory.

Indemnification
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SKECHERS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your Internet account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site using your Internet account.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, SKECHERS shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages that result from the Site, its services or content, including, without limitation, use of, or the inability to use, the materials on the Site or the performance of the products purchased through the Site, even if SKECHERS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The maximum liability of SKECHERS to you will be the total amount of the purchase price, if any, arising from the transaction and use of the Site giving rise to the liability. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or certain incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Governing Law
If you reside outside of Quebec, these Terms and the Site and all related matters are governed by, and will be construed and interpreted solely in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and applicable federal laws of Canada, excluding any rules of private international law or the conflict of laws that would lead to the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. If you reside in Quebec, these Terms and the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws applicable in that province. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and any local implementing legislation related thereto is hereby expressly excluded.

SKECHERS has no control over the content of any linked site. This content is the sole responsibility of the owner or operator of the linked site. You agree that any notice, agreement, disclosure or other communication that SKECHERS sends you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing. SKECHERS’ failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
