Please carefully follow the steps indicated below. This will help you process the order, or indicate which step is causing the issue. All fields must be filled in order to proceed to the next steps. 


Please try to use Google Chrome as your web browser to place your order. Our website is most compatible with that browser and usually resolves any issues by filtering in the correct information.


Step 1: Ensure you are on the Canadian website

  • Visit our Skechers Canada website Skechers.ca
  • You will see a Canadian flag and CAN/CAD indicated on top right corner of page to confirm
  • Ensure the cart is empty



Step 2: Add product to your cart

  • Browse through the different styles and options we offer
  • If you see something that appeals to you, click on the product and it will take you to a detailed style description. Please read over the details to ensure it is right for your needs
  • Select the colour, width, and size you require then select "Add To Cart" 
  • You can then continue shopping and repeat this process for each product you would like to order.



Step 3: Checkout

  • When ready to check out, click on the shopping bag icon on the top right
  • Ensure the styles are the correct colour, size and quantity
  • Select "Proceed To Checkout" 
  • If you are an existing Skechers Plus Member (formerly Skechers Elite), please login to your account with your credentials.

    If you would like to join Skechers Plus for free, please select "Create Your Free Account" to receive exclusive member discounts, free shipping and more.

    If you do not have a Skechers Plus account and would not like to create one, please select "Checkout As Guest"



Step 4: Enter Shipping Information

  • Complete all the required fields. You will not be able to proceed to further steps without completing all fields in full
  • We ship to all provinces and P.O. Boxes
  • Standard Shipping: $8.95
  • Skechers Plus Member Shipping: Free


Please ensure to include your Buzzer, Apartment, Unit, Suite or Building Number if applicable to reduce the risk of late or lost orders. 
If shipping to a P.O. Box, please indicate "PO BOX" and then the box number. 


Please note Standard Shipping is 10-15 business days (this includes the 2-3 business days for processing). This does not include weekends.
Canada orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays begin processing on the next business day.
We do not have the option for Express Shipping. 



Step 5: Enter Payment Information

  • If your billing address is different from your shipping address, select "Update Billing Address" to make changes
Your billing address MUST match the address that is associated with your credit card.
  • If you have a discount code, please click "Have a Promo Code, Gift Card?", enter the code and select "Apply". A notification will appear indicating whether the code was applied or not. Please ensure that there are no spaces before or after your code. 
Promotional Discount Codes cannot be combined. You can only apply one Discount Code per Skechers.ca order. If you have a Promotional Discount Code and Skechers Plus Reward, both can be applied to the same order. 
  • Enter your payment information. We only accept Mastercard, Visa or American Express.
  • The Credit Card Security Code is a unique three digit code on the back of Visa or Mastercard OR a unique four-digit code printed on the front of American Express. Your order cannot be processed without this code.

  • If paying with PayPal, please click on the dot beside "PayPal". A "PayPal Checkout" button will appear for you to click on. You should be redirected to PayPal's website to log into your PayPal account and complete your payment. If you are paying by Paypal and it does not work, please contact Paypal as there may be a connection error between them and your financial institution.



Step 6: Review Order

  • Please review your order and make sure that all your information is correct and complete. If you need to make changes, please click on "Edit" in the sections that need to be updated.
  • If you are satisfied with your order and have ensured that all information is correct and complete, please select “PLACE ORDER”. By selecting "Place Order" you consent to Terms and Conditions of placing an order on our Skechers.ca website. 
  • Once the order has been placed, a new page will appear with your Order Number and Order Details. An Order Confirmation will also be emailed to you. 
If you need to cancel your order, go to Orders and Returns at the top right of the page, enter the order number and email address used to place the order and you can cancel the item(s). Please note these changes cannot be made more than 1-2 hours after placing the order.


  • Points earned from a Skechers.ca order will be applied to your account after it is shipped. Only purchases made on or after your membership date will be eligible for points.
