You may return unworn/defective items for a refund if you checked out as a guest in one of two ways:

 

Option 1: Return via a FREE printable Canada Post return label. Return within 45 days of shipment for a refund if you checked out as a guest. Skechers Plus members will have 90 days to return. Please note, purchases must be made under your Skechers Plus account in order to enjoy the extended return period.

  • For single package returns, go to Orders and Returns and enter your order number and the email address used to place the order
  • Select "Check Status"
  • Select the "Return This Item" link under the item(s) ordered
  • Click on the item(s) you would like to return
  • Now select your reason for the return and click "Next"
  • Select "Confirm"
  • Select “View/Print Return Label” and print or save your return label right away
  • Include your unworn item(s) in their original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the shipping box
  • Only one label is needed to return multiple items. You may include all items in one box
  • If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box, please remove them
  • Drop off your return at any Canada Post authorized shipping center. Find a Canada Post service center nearest to you: Canada Post Locator
  • We'll send you a confirmation as soon as your return has been processed (1-3 weeks after the return is returned to our warehouse). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items plus tax only.

 

Option 2: Return at any Skechers retail store (excluding Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador retail locations) within 60 days of purchase (from Web receipt date): Canada Store Locator. For a refund, customers must provide a receipt from Skechers.ca. Unworn items in original packaging with an original receipt will be issued a refund based on the original form of payment. Any online returns where the original form of payment is PayPal will be refunded back to the customers credit card. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items plus tax only. If you have any concerns or issues please email us after you have completed your return at our Skechers retail store with the copy of your refund receipt.


At this time, we only accept returns for purchases on Skechers.ca. Free return postage applies only to orders within the return period. If the product is returned outside of the return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, Skechers will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise.
