At Skechers, we guarantee 100% satisfaction on any item purchased at our Skechers stores. If for some reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer many options:

  • You may return or exchange unworn items within 45 days with the original receipt. Unworn items with an original receipt will be issued a refund based on the original form of payment.
  • Unworn items without an original receipt will be issued a store credit or an exchange for the items current selling price.
  • Quality issues may be returned within 45 days of the purchase with an original receipt, or exchanged for store credit.
  • Purchases from Skechers.ca may always be returned to any Skechers store (Excluding Quebec, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland retail locations). Unworn items can be returned within 60 days for guest checkout or 90 days for Skechers Plus checkout (from Web receipt date) and with a receipt from Skechers.ca. Refund will be issued based on the original form of payment. Any Skechers.ca orders paid for through Paypal, Google Pay or Apple Pay will be refunded back to the customers credit card. Please note: there are no refunds on shipping fees.
  • Alternatively, purchases from Skechers.ca may be returned via mail using free, printable Canada Post return labels, which can be downloaded from Skechers.ca; visit the “Orders and Returns” section of the website and provide order information in order to generate a return label. Refund will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please note: there are no refunds on shipping fees.
