To ensure that packages deliver as quickly as possible, adjustments and cancellations must occur immediately after submitting your order and aren't guaranteed. You only have 1 hour from the time the order is placed to cancel the order. Please note that changes can't be made if the order is no longer in NEW status.

Once the order has been processed, you will need to return the original item to obtain a refund and/or place an order for the new product. If your order is still in NEW status you can Login to your account, click on the order you want to cancel and edit your purchase as soon as possible. OR If you checked out as a guest, go to Orders and Returns at the top right of the page, enter the order number and email address associated with that order and select "Check Status" you can cancel the item(s) on the order detail page.
