To ensure that packages deliver as quickly as possible, cancellations must occur immediately after submitting your order and aren't guaranteed. Please note that changes can't be made if the order is no longer in NEW status.

Once the order has been received, you can return the original item to obtain a refund and/or place an order for the new product. If your order is still in NEW status you can Login to your account, click on the order you want to cancel and complete the cancellation as soon as possible. OR If you checked out as a guest, go to Orders and Returns at the top right of the page, enter the order number and email address associated with that order and select "Check Status" you can cancel the item(s) on the order detail page.
