If for any reason you're not delighted with your order, we offer two convenient ways to return unworn items for a refund. In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated customer service team at infocanada@skechers.com for prompt assistance and resolution.

Option 1: Return by Mail (for single package returns)

 

Guest Orders: Unworn/defective items can be returned within 45 days of shipment for a refund.

Skechers Plus members: Unworn/defective items can be returned within 90 days of shipment if the items are purchased through your account.

Klarna: Skechers.ca orders paid with Klarna must be returned by mail in order to receive a refund to the original form of payment. We do not accept in-store returns for online orders.

 

  • Go to Orders and Returns
  • Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Please note, order numbers begin with SKEC-CA and can be found in your shipping confirmation email. 
  • Select "Return This Item" and follow the steps to generate a free return label
  • Select “View/Print Return Label”. Save your return label as a PDF for later use OR print your free return label immediately as this cannot be created again.
  • Include your unworn item(s) in their original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the shipping box.
  • If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box, please remove them.
  • Find the Canada Post service center nearest to you to drop off your return.
  • We'll send you a confirmation as soon as your return has been processed (please allow 10 business days once the return is received). Please note that while we refund the item cost and tax, initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Option 2: Return In Store

 

  • Bring your unworn item(s) in original packaging, along with your Skechers.ca receipt
  • Visit any Skechers store within 60 days of your purchase date (excluding locations in Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador): Find your local Skechers store
  • Receive an immediate refund to your original payment method (PayPal refunds will be issued to your credit card)
  • Please note that while we refund the item cost and tax, initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you have any concerns or issues, please email us after you have completed your return at our Skechers retail store with the copy of your refund receipt.

 

If the product is returned outside of the return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, Skechers will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise. Free return postage applies only to orders within the return period. Please note, we only accept returns for purchases on Skechers.ca.
